DIRECTLY on the beach and pool side with soothing heated saltwater and inside the double gated walled compound of an authentic enchanting Mexican Villa with Mayan flavor. This cottage is the newest and largest of all of the cottages inside the very private walled villa. Dedicated to your safety, privacy and good health the cottage sits totally alone on the premises.

Your private patio is on the west side of Isla Mujeres facing Cancun, with beautiful views of sunsets over the turquoise waters of the Caribbean and the pool. Just sitting here will take your breath away. You can step off the patio into the pool or walk to the beach. The Beach Club Zama or the turtle farm, either could be your destination.

On the east side of our property is Laguna Makax with a private dock for water pickups. Imagine this: Being picked up for an adventure and returned home with little effort.
