Cottage Perla is a Garden Cottage inside the double gated enchanting Mexican Villa with it’s soothing salt water heated pool. Once inside the gated and walled villa, you’ll be in a world of your own choosing. The beach and pool are only steps away.

This cottage is unique and charming with it’s very own personality. The screened porch and large front porch patio are great areas for reading and chilling.

Because Villa Makax on the west side of Isla Mujeres, with beautiful views of Cancun in the distance and sunsets over the turquoise waters of the Caribbean water, your evenings on our private beach will take your breath away.

On the east side of our property is Laguna Makax with our private dock for water pickups. Imagine this: Being picked up for an adventure and returned home with little effort.
