“We loved our time here more than anywhere we have ever vacationed! We stayed in Casa Grande. It was perfectly appointed and very comfortable. The owners are extremely nice and fun to talk to. The location was perfect and close enough to La Gloria to grab food. It’s also close to Punta Sur and all the beach clubs that are close to that area. The property itself has an amazing salt water pool and an area to swim in and lay by the ocean. We highly recommend staying here!”

“I loved the view from our villa and how close the beach was. Also had closer seating with palapas to the ocean. Which was very refreshing and relaxing will be back for sure… Nice pool to relax in too.. Juanito and Serviana were awesome and very helpful. Thank you for making this a wonderful stay… Nice restaurant for breakfast just a few minutes away we walked there! I think it was called “Ventaviento Mangle”.. Hope to be back soon Thank you!!!”

“They will take care of all your needs and provide all the privacy that you want. Steve and Lindell (the owners) were interesting and fun! Juan and his family (caretakers) helped us to get where we wanted to go and took great care of us here! The view from our bed is one of the most beautiful we’ve seen (and we have been around!) The town is active and fun, then you come back to your peaceful beautiful bungalow with everything you need. The beach infront is perfect. The sea is always calm and warm. We saw a huge starfish right there! The pool is dreamy! Why did we come home??? Loved it there!”

“We just returned from spending 11 nights at Villa Makax in Cottage Sam. From the start, Steve & Lindell were very easy to work with and we stayed in communication as necessary. The property is located in Sac Bao. I would recommend a golf cart for the entire stay. The beach was lovely as was the warm saltwater pool. Rosario and her family were very attentive to our needs and were there we needed them. Every morning we could check out the new turtle nests as they would come up on the beach and lay their eggs each night. Early mornings under the palapa were excellent…so peaceful and serene. We usually stay near Playa Norte but wanted something much quieter with less traffic. This was the spot. After floating for hours in the crystal clear water, we were able to finish the afternoon off in the warm water of the saltwater pool before heading north for dinner. There are several spots close by for good food but we always enjoy heading to the Playa Norte area for dinner. I’d highly recommend staying here again as we will again in the future. Amazing location & fantastic property

“We stayed in Palapa Lee in April 2024. We traveled with friends who stayed in Palapa Sam, which is connected to Lee. This was perfect for our group. The property is intimate, private & quiet. Having the beach & pool was such a plus. We rented golf carts to get around & explore the island. We loved being out of the hustle & bustle, but only about a 10 minute cart ride to everything. We are looking forward to returning.”
